1. Definitions

  • “Client” – Refers to the individual or business entity engaging with our services.
  • “Services” – Refers to any cleaning or related services provided by Elite Touch Cleaners.

2. Scope of Services

Elite Touch Cleaners provides a variety of professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Cleaning
  • Vacation and Airbnb Cleaning

The specific details of the services will be outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation.


3. Booking and Confirmation

a) Scheduling

  • Clients may schedule services through our website, via phone, or by email.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once the client receives a written confirmation from Elite Touch Cleaners.

b) Changes and Cancellations

  • Clients may modify or cancel a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Elite Touch Cleaners.

4. Pricing and Payment

a) Pricing

  • All prices are quoted based on the details provided at the time of booking.
  • Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quote.
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, hazardous materials, or additional services not included in the initial quote.

b) Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee for every 7 days past the due date.

c) Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only offered in cases where Elite Touch Cleaners fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
  • If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours for resolution.

5. Client Responsibilities

a) Access to Property

  • The client must provide safe and unrestricted access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If the cleaners are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.

b) Safety and Hazardous Conditions

  • The property must be free of hazardous materials and unsafe conditions.
  • Elite Touch Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

c) Personal Property

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items prior to the scheduled service.
  • Elite Touch Cleaners is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.

6. Service Limitations

  • Elite Touch Cleaners does not provide:
    • Cleaning of biohazardous materials (e.g., blood, mold, or sewage)
    • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
    • Pest control services
    • Deep stain removal or permanent damage restoration
  • We reserve the right to refuse any job that exceeds reasonable service limits or falls outside our expertise.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, you must notify Elite Touch Cleaners within 24 hours of the service completion.
  • We will assess the situation and may offer a re-cleaning at no additional cost if the issue falls within our responsibility.
  • Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover issues related to pre-existing damage or improper maintenance.

8. Liability and Insurance

a) Damages

  • Elite Touch Cleaners carries general liability insurance to cover accidental property damage caused by our team.
  • Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of the service.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the damaged item or the amount covered by our insurance policy.

b) Injury

  • Elite Touch Cleaners is not responsible for injuries that occur due to unsafe conditions on the client’s property.
  • Our team is covered under worker’s compensation insurance.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • All client information, including service details and payment data, is treated as confidential.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or for service fulfillment.

10. Termination of Services

Elite Touch Cleaners reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates any terms of this agreement.
  • The client engages in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff.
  • The working environment is deemed unsafe or hazardous.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Elite Touch Cleaners website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Elite Touch Cleaners.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

a) Informal Resolution

  • If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation within 14 days.

b) Arbitration

  • If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where the service was performed.
  • Each party will bear their own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.

13. Force Majeure

Elite Touch Cleaners is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Power outages or internet disruptions

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

  • Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the service is provided.

  • Any legal action must be filed in the state where the service was performed.
